Mark and Susan Pressley opened Bodyworx Aerobics and Fitness Center in 1997.  

Their goal has always been to provide a bright, clean, well equipped and well maintained facility for their members.  They hire professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff.  

Mark is on site Monday - Friday and can always be reached by telephone to address your workout and nutritional needs!
